Tuesday nights 6 PM for 8 consecutive weeks
You'll learn 3 new routines in this Yoga 201 series. We'll continue
to grow and add postures to what we've learned in the Yoga 101 series. This
is a great class if you've done the Yoga 101, or if you're looking for a more
instructional and workshop setting. The instructors take time to make sure everyone
gets individual attention with proper alignment, breathng and focus. They'll
also make dure you're doing the postures to the best of your ability and more
importantly - SAFELY.
Sharing Yoga Community Yoga School in downtown Concord, NH. is THE place begin
your journey into Yoga.
This 8 week session will introduce you to the basics of Yoga: Yoga postures,
breathing techniques, warm ups, alignment, relaxation, and brief meditation.

of the 8 weeks you will feel comfortable in a Yoga class and you will be able
