Breakthrough Breathwork is a breathing technique that will clear out stored negative emotional stress from your body, allowing you to feel the release in the first session for daily, weekly, or even life transformation.
It’s a powerful and safe approach to self-discovery and personal empowerment that allows you to connect with your inner wisdom and higher states of consciousness. This Breathwork technique is done while lying on your back in a relaxed position. In the background, music will be played to help motivate, relax, and release any trapped emotions. This will help eliminate stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and pretty much any other unwanted negative emotion. You’ll know it’s working the first time you do it because the way you feel afterwards is undeniable.

Need to slow down in your busy life? Come explore the benefits of Restorative Yoga with Reiki. Restorative Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that focuses on physical and mental relaxation through poses aided by props. You will be placed in various comfortable postures for several minutes and a Reiki practitioner will assist in your relaxation by giving Reiki energy to you while you completely relax in each posture. It’s a perfect introduction to yoga or complementing your regular practice. Deeper holds, stimulation of your body’s own stress-reduction system, and restorative postures to heal yourself are all part of the experience.

Restorative Yoga. This class is designed to bring the mind and body into a state of relaxation. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow and warm-ups. Blocks and blankets will be used in the second half of the class to support the body in restorative postures. Leave feeling renewed and relaxed, ready for a full night’s sleep.

Learn and practice correct alignment of the movements and postures we do in our vinyasa classes. We will start with a short warm-up yoga practice then move into a breakdown of how to move safely and correctly from high plank to low plank, and through vinyasas and sun salutations.
Learning how to move correctly can save your body from pain that can come from incorrect form over a long period of time. Practicing them correctly can transform your practice; build strength and flexibility; allow you to flow through a sequence with confidence and ease, and bring your yoga practice freshness.

An intention is a guiding principle for how you want to be, live, and show up in the world—during yoga, meditation or any area of your life. At the beginning of every yoga class, many teachers ask you to set an intention. But that’s it, they often leave you sort of hanging there.
In this workshop we’ll warm up with some gentle yoga to get the creative energy flowing, then explore the “Why” of Intention and journey to the “How”; to create a personal intention of your own and also a Vision Board, for a tangible picture of your Intention.

Ignite your creative fire and balance your inner sun in this 1.5hr EMYoga (energy medicine yoga) workshop with Alethea Kehas, EMYoga Foundations Teacher. In this workshop, we’ll explore the energy of summer through an all-levels EMYoga practice, combined with a short meditation and manifestation writing exercise. EMYoga incorporates breathwork, sound, tapping, acupressure holds, and meridian tracing. Please bring with you a yoga mat, water, a notebook, and a writing utensil.
