The purpose of this program is to give you a safe and successful yoga practice. These asanas and breathing practices are specific to labor and delivery. Pregnancy is not just physical, it is a whole body and spiritual experience. It is important to make these movements as natural and organic as your breath each day. This is ultimately what will get you through your labor and delivery. There is no greater gift and blessing to experience in this life. Our time together often develops a sacred circle of women at a very specific time in your lives. You may find yourself feeling alone. It is the intention of this group to develop support, and long friendships based on shared experiences during this in-utero time. Come with an open mind and heart.
