Restorative Yoga Teacher Training
Exploring the Art of Restorative Practice
Sharing Yoga offers Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in Concord, NH as a continuing education opportunity for yoga teachers interested in deepening their understanding of restorative practices.
Restorative yoga emphasizes stillness, support, and intentional rest. For teachers, studying restorative practice can offer new insight into pacing, nervous system regulation, and how rest fits within the broader landscape of yoga.
At Sharing Yoga, restorative training is approached as a space for thoughtful exploration and learning within a supportive community of teachers. These trainings invite educators to spend time engaging with the philosophy and experience of restorative practice while reflecting on how it may complement the styles of yoga they already teach.
Teachers who are drawn to this training often have experience practicing slower styles of yoga such as Yin, Gentle Yoga, or Restorative classes at the studio.
If you would like to experience the practice before attending a training, we encourage you to explore offerings on the Class Schedule. You may also wish to learn more about our 200-Hour or 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs.
